I am a volunteer for the Oregon Ferret Shelter in Oregon City, OR. You can see our (in progress) website at www.oregonferretshelter.org. Started in 1985, we are a 501 c nonprofit charity that cares for almost 200 homeless, neglected, and abused ferrets. We also work to educate the public about ferrets and their unique needs as pets. There are not too many ferret drawings around. It's great that you are putting the ferret's image out there in a good way. Your art is helping to turn around the bad reputation ferrets get. Sometimes just seeing a ferret in a good light can change minds, and education is part of the Oregon Ferret Shelter's mission statement. (I volunteer for them)
